Who is responsible for your data

Lex Laboratory («we») is the data controller for the personal data collected on pixel.ceo. Its address is:

Guerrero, Cuernavaca, Morelos, 62000, Mexico.

What we collect

Only what you give us when you download pixel.ceo or subscribe:

• Your email address.
• Your preferences: which boxes you ticked (updates, news, offers).
• Proof of your consent: the date, time and IP address from which you confirmed («signed») your subscription.
• Your founder coupon, if you get one: its number and code.

We don't ask for your name or any sensitive personal data. The site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. We only keep preferences such as the light or dark theme in your own browser (local storage). The desktop app runs on your machine and never sends us your code or projects.

Why we use it

Required purposes, without which we can't give you what you asked for:

1. Sending the confirmation email with your download link.
2. Issuing and sending your founder coupon if you are among the first 200 to confirm, and telling you when you can use it.
3. Keeping proof of your consent and handling your privacy requests.

Optional purposes, only if you ticked the matching box:

4. Sending you pixel.ceo updates and news.
5. Sending you offers and discounts.

You can refuse the optional purposes from the start (just leave the boxes unticked) or at any time later, using the «Unsubscribe» link in every email. Refusing never affects your download.

Who we share it with

No one. We don't sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties. It is stored on servers under our control, and emails are sent from our own mail server. We would only disclose it to a competent authority that lawfully requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as you stay subscribed to any list. If you never confirm your email, we delete it after 30 days. If you unsubscribe from a list, we stop writing about it immediately. If you unsubscribe from all of them, your data, including your founder coupon, is deleted automatically after 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.

Your rights (ARCO) and withdrawing consent

You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your data, to object to its use, and to withdraw your consent.

To do so, email hola@pixel.ceo from the subscribed address and say:

• which right you want to exercise;
• about which data;
• where relevant, what correction you need.

We reply within 20 business days and, where it applies, carry it out within the following 15 business days. Unsubscribing through the link in any email takes effect immediately.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its date. If a change affects purposes that need your consent, we will ask for it again.

Governing law

This notice is issued under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable Mexican regulations.
